Global Talent Review is operated under the trading name The Catalysx from London, United Kingdom. Questions, complaints and cancellation requests can be sent to info@thecatalysx.co.uk.
The service
Global Talent Review provides structured feedback on UK Global Talent digital technology application documents. A £15 payment provides one applicant account with one application workspace for 30 days. The stated limits are 15 active documents, 12 MB per file and 45 MB for the latest application pack. Access starts when payment is confirmed.
Account access
You may sign in with ChatGPT or create a separate email and password account. These are separate account methods and do not automatically share a workspace, even when the same email address is used. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and must not share your account.
Immediate service and cancellation
Consumers normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel an online service contract. At checkout, you must expressly request that the 30-day service begins immediately. If you cancel within 14 days, we may deduct a fair and proportionate amount for the part of the service already supplied, including access already used and reviews already generated. We will explain any deduction, and it will never exceed the price paid. If no part of the service has been supplied, you will receive a full refund. The cancellation right ends if the service has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgement.
To cancel, email info@thecatalysx.co.uk with the email address used for the account and enough information to identify the payment. After the 14-day cancellation period, change-of-mind refunds are not normally provided.
Service problems and statutory rights
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. If the service is faulty, not as described or not provided with reasonable care and skill, contact us promptly. Where appropriate, we will first try to provide the service again or correct the problem. If that is impossible, or cannot be done within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to an appropriate price reduction or refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 14 days after entitlement is confirmed.

The service provides independent application guidance. The Catalysx is not a law firm, immigration adviser or endorsing body. Reviews do not guarantee endorsement, a visa decision or acceptance of any evidence. Official requirements can change, and applicants should check current GOV.UK and endorsing-body guidance before submission.
Applicant responsibility
You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all information submitted. You must not upload false evidence or material that you do not have permission to use. Suggested improvements must never be treated as permission to invent metrics, achievements or third-party statements.
Availability and fair use
The pass is intended for reasonable revisions of one applicant's digital technology application during the access period. Automated access, account sharing, resale, abusive repeated processing and uploads unrelated to the application are prohibited. We may temporarily restrict processing needed to protect the service, investigate misuse or perform essential maintenance. This does not affect your statutory rights if the paid service is not supplied as agreed.
Confidentiality and privacy
Uploaded application materials are treated as confidential and reasonable technical measures are used to protect them. No online service can promise absolute security. Applicants should avoid uploading unnecessary identity documents, financial details or unrelated sensitive information. How information is processed and retained is explained in the Privacy Notice.
Account deletion
You can delete uploaded files individually or delete your workspace profile, files, saved reviews and email login credentials from the Account section. Minimal payment records may be retained for payment security and legal obligations as described in the Privacy Notice.
Complaints
Please contact info@thecatalysx.co.uk first so we can investigate and respond. Include a concise description of the issue and the account email, but do not email confidential application documents unless requested through a secure channel.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you keep any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under the law that applies to you.
